  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from us and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We believe that it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

If you are a job applicant, your personal data will be collected and used by us for the following purposes, and we may disclose your personal data to third parties where necessary for the following purposes:

  1. Assessing and evaluating your suitability for employment in any current or prospective position within the organisation.
  2. Verifying your identity and the accuracy of your personal details and other information provided.

The purposes listed in the above clauses may continue to apply even in situations where your relationship with us (for example, pursuant to a contract) has been terminated or altered in any way, for a reasonable period thereafter (including, where applicable, a period to enable us to enforce our rights under any contract with you).
