We comply with applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions in which we operate and do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or unfair labour practices. We also make clear that we do not accept practices such as forced labour or human trafficking.

If human rights-related issues arise, or if there is a risk that such issues may arise in the course of our business activities, we will review the facts and take appropriate corrective action. We do not permit any unfavourable treatment or retaliation against individuals who raise concerns or report issues.

While taking into account internationally recognised perspectives on human rights, we will continue to address human rights considerations in a practical and reasonable manner, commensurate with our business activities and company size. We also seek to share our approach to respecting human rights with our business partners and to conduct our business operations with integrity.
