This is a hybrid role that combines traditional consulting responsibilities with direct involvement in product innovation. You will leverage your expertise in finance and risk management across both client-facing projects and the development of our NtSaaS platform. As a key domain expert, you will contribute to our R&D process by helping to shape and validate the logic of our AI-enhanced features, including developing skills in Prompt Engineering. Concurrently, you will be responsible for core consulting tasks, such as supporting product implementation, providing client training, and assisting with pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute financial domain expertise to the R&D process by translating business logic, risk principles, and regulatory requirements into specifications for our AI-enhanced features

• Collaborate on the development of AI-driven features by designing and testing prompts (Prompt Engineering) to guide our solutions, ensuring the accuracy and commercial viability of outputs

• Participate in the product development lifecycle, including ideation, testing of new features, and validation of results against industry benchmarks

• Serve as a liaison between the financial domain and technical teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure the product's logic is financially sound

• Support pre-sales activities by assisting in the preparation of business proposals, marketing materials, and solution presentations for clients and stakeholders

• Assist with product implementation projects, including system configuration, validation testing, and the delivery of product training to clients

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and help scope appropriate solutions

• Monitor regulatory and industry updates in Financial Risk Management to ensure our solutions remain relevant and compliant

Requirements:

Must-haves

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field

• A strong foundational understanding of financial risk management (FRM), accounting principles, or financial business logic

• Demonstrable interest and foundational knowledge in Python and SQL

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Haves

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution

• A strong interest in artificial intelligence, product development, and new technologies

• Experience or interest in Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Familiarity with financial regulations
